FELICE HOUSE
You can find Felice House's work in museums and galleries across the country, as well as internationally. Her portraiture is on display in collections including the Booth Museum of Western Art, Prentice Women's Hospital, and New Mexico State University.
She has been featured in a variety of publications such as Fine Art Connoisseur Magazine and VICE Magazine's The Creators Project. Her Re•Western series made a splash on social media, going viral through the online platform Upworthy. From here, her work spread internationally, appearing in media in China, Japan, and Spain.
House is an Assistant Professor in the Visualization Department at Texas A&M University and maintains a studio at Canopy in Austin, Texas. She holds a BFA from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, an MS from Texas A&M University in computer graphics, and an MFA in painting from the University of Texas. She studied classical painting and portraiture at the Schuler School of Fine Arts in Baltimore, MD.
